Workplaces

Mental health and wellbeing at work is increasingly recognised as an important part of our health and safety responsibilities. It helps enormously if we as individuals are looking after our own mental health, and that the organisations we work for have policies and actions in place to manage mental health issues and concerns effectively.

As part of the Mental Health Week program every year, the Western Australian Association for Mental Health holds free seminars on current workplace mental health trends with professional speakers, and encourages workplaces to step up and create more awareness about mental health in their own workplaces.

There’s an activity for every type of budget, workplace, employee and manager!
