In support of World Mental Health Day on Thursday 10th October, Genesis Kelmscott will be offering a free and very relaxing Meditation and Yin Yang Yoga class at 6:30pm.
We will start with some yogic breathing techniques paired with longer held passive stretches to connect mind, body and breath. We then move into a slow vinyasa flow wakening and releasing all the major muscle groups. Finally we'll finish with some wall yin yoga to deeply relax mind & body.
The class is suitable for both male & female, beginners to intermediate.
