Come together in a nurturing space for a 4 week course on calming the effects of anxiety. Learn simple, gentle, natural techniques utilising the breath, sound, movement and nature, along with the concepts of mindfulness and meditation.
Each weekly session concludes with a soothing Sound Relaxation using Tibetan singing bowls, gentle gongs and chimes played by Megan from Cocoon Therapies.
$40 for 4 week course.
